Welcome to DG Menus. By accessing or using the platform and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term 'Establishment' refers to any business using the DG Menus platform to display or manage products or services, including but not limited to: - Restaurants. - Cafés. - Hotels. - Bakeries. - Dessert shops. - Food trucks. - Food courts. - Any other hospitality, food, or beverage business. The term 'Menu' refers to any list of products or services displayed through the platform.

DG Menus provides a digital menu platform for hospitality businesses, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, food trucks, and similar establishments, including: - QR Code digital menu display. - Custom themes and color options. - Analytics and usage statistics. - AI data entry from menu images or PDF files. - Order management via dashboard. The platform does not participate in the sales or payment process between the establishment and its customers. Displaying the digital menu to customers via QR code requires an active subscription. Every new establishment automatically receives a one-time, complimentary 30-day trial period upon registration. See "Subscription Plan" below for details.

Each establishment is solely responsible for all content uploaded including: - Prices. - Images. - Product or service descriptions. DG Menus is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from such content.

DG Menus provides AI-powered tools including: - Automatic menu item extraction from images or PDF files. AI-generated results may contain errors. Users are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated data before publishing.

When customers open a menu, the platform may collect technical data including: - IP address. - Device and browser information. - General usage data. Google Analytics may be used for analytics purposes. This data is collected to improve service performance and user experience.

DG Menus is committed to protecting the personal data of its users. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding your information. Data Collected: - Owners and managers of hospitality establishments: email address, encrypted password, and establishment details provided at registration. - Menu visitors: IP address, device and browser information, and general usage data. Data Access: Collected data is accessible only to the DG Menus team. Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for essential service providers required to operate the platform (such as hosting services and analytics tools like Google Analytics). Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time through: - Email: support@dgmenus.com - WhatsApp: +201285465803 - The data deletion request page available on the platform. All data will be permanently and immediately deleted upon processing your request.

It is strictly prohibited to: - Attempt to hack the platform. - Access or extract unauthorized data. - Attempt to breach accounts or databases. Any such attempt may result in legal action under Egyptian law.

Account Registration: Accounts can be created using an email address and password, or by signing in with a Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Account Suspension or Termination by DG Menu: DG Menus reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account without prior notice in the following cases: - Violation of these Terms and Conditions. - Uploading illegal, harmful, or misleading content. - Engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activity. Account Deletion by User: You may request deletion of your account at any time by submitting a request through the data deletion request page or by contacting us via the channels listed in the Contact Information section. All account data will be permanently deleted upon processing.

All intellectual property rights in the DG Menus platform — including but not limited to the source code, user interface design, brand name, and logo — are the exclusive property of DG Menus and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. It is strictly prohibited to: - Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission from DG Menus. - Use the DG Menus name, logo, or any other branding elements for commercial or non-commercial purposes without authorization. - Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the platform's source code. Content uploaded by owners or authorized representatives of hospitality establishments, including menu items, images, descriptions, and business information, remains the sole property of the respective establishment.

DG Menus operates under a single subscription plan that unlocks full access to the platform's features, including: - Unlimited menu items and categories. - Arabic and English language support. - Receiving orders via WhatsApp. - Importing menus using AI. - Full and detailed customer visit analytics. - QR code generation and real-time menu editing. Free Trial: Every new establishment automatically receives a one-time, complimentary 30-day trial period upon registration, granting full access to all platform features at no cost. This trial is granted once per establishment account and may not be repeated by creating additional accounts. Payment and Activation: Subscriptions are arranged manually. To subscribe, contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange payment (bank transfer or Mobile Wallet); your subscription will then be reviewed and activated by a DG Menus administrator. Subscriptions do not renew or charge automatically — it is the establishment's responsibility to arrange renewal before the subscription's end date. Displayed prices may vary depending on the establishment's country or region and are subject to change without prior notice. DG Menus reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will apply to future billing periods and will not retroactively affect a subscription that has already been paid for.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including in cases of early cancellation.

Upon cancellation: - Access to the public digital menu (viewed by customers via QR code) will stop once the cancellation takes effect — either immediately or at the end of the current paid period, depending on the cancellation type applied. - All menu data, items, and categories will be preserved and remain unaffected. - Your dashboard and account remain fully accessible for management purposes regardless of subscription status. - No refunds will be issued for any remaining period of the cancelled subscription. - The public digital menu becomes accessible to customers again once a new subscription is activated.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically; it is the establishment owner's responsibility to arrange renewal before the subscription's end date to avoid interruption of the public digital menu.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DG Menus is not responsible for: - Temporary service interruptions. - Unavailability of the public digital menu resulting from an expired, cancelled, or unrenewed subscription. - Data loss due to circumstances beyond control. - Indirect or consequential damages.

DG Menus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
